The goal of  People Building Communities (PBC) is to provide training, education and employment opportunities for military veterans, formerly incarcerated persons on a re-entry pathway, and other adults/young adults seeking continuing education to expand their employment possibilities.

Our Approach...

We serve as a bridge between schools, other service providers, and employers by leveraging our contacts across the Petrochemical Industry. This method, combined with personalized mentorship and peer support group meetings provides, each client with the necessary tools (life skills/continuing education/employment referrals) to succeed.
