The Idea for people building communities...

The idea for People Building Communities (PBC) was conceived in October 2013, When our founder Ashqar  Zaab read about the large numbers of military veterans that are unemployed and homeless. We have been fully operating since then and took the necessary steps to become a 501(3)c entity in August of 2017.
